AWARD ENTRY GUIDELINES
GUIDELINES
- Nomination is open to telecom companies from all industries in Asia and the Middle East region.
- The entries will be deliberated by a panel of telecom industry experts from the region’s top accounting firms based on the judging criteria.
- Nomination is free of charge. If your company wins, you are obliged to proceed booking the winner's package to maximize the promotional benefits exclusive to winning companies. To know more about the pricing and entitlements, please email julie@charltonmediamail.com
ELIGIBILITY

The awards programme is on the lookout for outstanding initiatives of telecom companies in Asia and Middle East region, such as projects, products, services, strategies, campaigns, or case studies that were either:
- launched, in part or full, over the last 24 calendar months
- launched prior to 24 calendar months and had any recent improvements or upgrades
JUDGING CRITERIA

1. For categories under CARRIER AWARDS (One winner from each country):

Achievements - What are the remarkable milestones that the company recently achieved?
Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the company encountered and what solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
Innovation - What are the unique and innovative initiatives that the company introduced to substantially boost the company's business?

2. For categories under CUSTOMER INITIATIVE, TECHNOLOGY AWARDS and OPERATION EXCELLENCE AWARDS (One winner from each country):

Uniqueness & Innovation - What new idea or cutting-edge innovation did the project introduce?
Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project achieve its objectives and targets? What measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact to your company and industry?
Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, service or product flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?

3. For the CEO OF THE YEAR category (Only one winner in Asia):

Achievements - What remarkable milestones did the company achieve under the CEO's leadership?
Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the CEO encountered in moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
Innovation - What are the unique and innovative initiatives that the CEO introduced to substantially boost the company's business?

COST

Nomination is free of charge. If your company wins, you are obliged to book any of the winners package options to get the below entitlements. Invoice will only be sent after the announcement of winners. See pricing and entitlements at the last question of this nomination form.

WINNERS' PACKAGE

Nomination is free of charge. If your company wins, you are obliged to book any of the winners package options to get the below entitlements. Invoice will only be sent after the announcement of winners.
All the options include the use of the Asian Telecom Awards 2023 logo for 12 months. Winning companies can use the logo for marketing/advertising collateral and campaigns, email signature, website, etc. to further build the company's prestige.

- Video interview during the Awards dinner
- Half page ad in the Asian Telecom magazine awards issue
- Post-edited video interview

Option 2: US$10,900 + GST

- Double page spread (1 full page advertisement & 1 full page advertorial) in the Asian Telecom magazine awards issue
- Post-edited video interview
- Winner's article by the Asian Telecom editorial team regarding your award to be published in the asiantelecom.com website
- Full rights to the post-edited video interview and winner's article for your own use and/or distribution as a Shareable Content
