  • GovMedia Conference & Awards 2026

Bridging Innovations and Recognising the Most Outstanding Government Projects in Asia
  • NOMINATION FORM

  • GUIDELINES

    • The awards programme is on the lookout for the most outstanding projects or initiatives done by, for, or with a government body.
    • Each organisation may submit a maximum of three (3) different entries.
    • The nomination form is valid for one entry. Fill out the form again if you will nominate another project or in another category.
    • Awards will be given on a market-level basis, with one winner in each category per corresponding sector.
      • Sample winning category titles include "Singapore Digital Initiative of the Year - Agriculture", "Philippines Training Program of the Year - Tourism", "UAE Campaign of the Year - Culture and the Arts", etc.

    ELIGIBILITY
    Nomination is open to:

    1. government departments or organisations
    2. private sector companies or organisations working with a government body
    3. private sector companies supplying services or solutions to government projects

To be eligible to join the awards, you must nominate a government or public sector project or initiative that was launched in the last 24 calendar months. If launched prior, it is eligible if recent developments, improvements, or upgrades were made.

Please be advised that, starting in 2025, the GovMedia Awards will no longer accept entries or present awards in the areas of prisons, policing, and defense. This decision follows feedback from the independent panel of sector experts, who expressed concerns about awarding these sectors in certain global jurisdictions. In line with our policy to exclude categories like gambling and tobacco, we are discontinuing awards in these areas as well.
