GUIDELINES
- Each company/organisation may submit up to three (3) entries.
- The awards are given to only one winner per category and corresponding industry on a country-level basis (e.g. UAE Executive of the Year - Banking).

- Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year
ELIGIBILITY
The awards are for:
✔ Top-level executives, innovative individuals, and dynamic teams who showed remarkable leadership and innovative practices in the company
✔ Employee engagement, health & wellness, and diversity & inclusion initiatives that elevated employee morale and drove postiive outcomes for the company
For the Executive, Innovator, and Team of the Year categories - The executive, innovator, or team must highlight their remarkable contributions to the success and growth of their companies in the last 12-24 calendar months.
For the Employee Engagement, Health & Wellness, and Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives categories - The company must highlight a new project, innovation, strategy or initiative that made a positive impact to its workforce and other stakeholders, not more than 24 calendar months ago.
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the awards programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits.
JUDGING CRITERIA
Executive of the Year
- Achievements - What accomplishments were achieved by the executive's exceptional leadership and how did they help drive the company's growth?
- Challenges & Solutions - What were the biggest challenges that the executive encountered in moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
- Innovation - What new ideas did the executive introduce to substantially boost the company's business?
Innovator of the Year
- Uniqueness - What was the unique and innovative initiative that the innovator have spearheaded which led to a significant growth in the company?
- Success - What were the initiative's outcomes and what measures were used to achieve its success?
- Effectiveness - How effective was the innovation and how did it impact the company?
Team of the Year
- Achievements - What were the team's remarkable contributions to the company's growth?
- Challenges & Solutions - What were the biggest challenges that the team encountered in driving growth? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
- Innovation - What new ideas did the team introduce to substantially boost the company's business?
Employee Engagement of the Year
- Strategy - What are the recent strategies implemented to engage the company's employees and enhance fulfilment with their careers?
- Effectiveness - How effective was the strategy and what was its impact on the workforce?
Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year
- Strategy - What initiatives were implemented to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace?
- Effectiveness - How effective were the initiatives and what was their impact on the workforce, the company's business and/or customers?
Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year
- Strategy - What initiatives were implemented to promote and support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the workforce?
- Effectiveness - How effective were the initiatives and what was their impact on the workforce, the company's business and/or customers?
COST
Submission of entries is free of charge. If your company wins, you are entitled to book the winner's package to maximise the promotional benefits of your win.
