RECOGNISING ASIA'S REAL ESTATE CHAMPIONS
AWARD ENTRY GUIDELINES
GUIDELINES
- Nomination is open to all property companies in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region.
- Each company may nominate up to 4 categories only.
- Each nomination form is valid for 1 entry only. If you are nominating for several categories, please submit separate nomination forms.
- A panel of chosen industry experts will evaluate and rate each nomination based on the write-up and supporting documents submitted.
- Deadline for submission of entries is on 11 April 2025.
- The nomination is free of charge. Should you win, by opting for one of the winners package option below, you can secure your seats at the prestigious awards dinner and gain access to a wide range of valuable benefits. Invoice will only be sent after the announcement of winners. See pricing and entitlements at the last question of this nomination form.
ELIGIBILITY
The awards programme is on the lookout for the most outstanding real estate developments in Asia.

Project Timeline:
- Completed Projects: Include developments or initiatives that were launched and successfully concluded between 2024 and 2025.
- Ongoing Projects: Encompass developments currently in progress with an expected completion date on or before 2027.
- Successful Initiatives: Any impactful projects or initiatives, whether fully or partially launched, within the last 24 months are also eligible.
JUDGING CRITERIA

For the CEO of the Year category:
- Achievements - What remarkable milestones did the company achieve under the CEO's leadership?
- Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the CEO encountered in moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
- Innovation - What are the unique and innovative initiatives that the CEO introduced to substantially boost the company's business?
For the Development Awards:
- Achievements - What are the remarkable milestones that the development has achieved or is targeting to achieve?
- Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the developer encountered facilitating the project? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges. How will the developer be able to navigate through industry and company challenges?
- Innovation - What are the unique innovations of the development? How is it different from other developments in the country?
For categories under Project/Initiative Awards:
- Uniqueness & Innovation - Has the project/initiative introduced new or cutting-edge innovation?
- Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project/initiative achieve its objectives and targets? What measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact to your company and industry?
- Dynamism - Is the project/initiative t flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?
For the Developer of the Year Award:
- Achievements - What are the remarkable milestones that your company has achieved?
- Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the business encountered in moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
- Innovation - What are the unique and innovative initiatives that were introduced to substantially boost the company's business?
