AWARD ENTRY GUIDELINES
GUIDELINES
1. Each nominee can nominate a maximum of 3 categories.
2. Awards will be judged by esteemed industry experts based on nominations received.
3. Each nomination form is valid for 1 entry only. If you are nominating for several categories, please enter each entry separately.
ELIGIBILITY:

Any innovative initiative, project, or plant that:
- has been completed either partially or fully, within the 24 calendar months
- was completed and launched prior to the last 24 months but had recent innovations for further improvement
JUDGING CRITERIA
- Uniqueness & Innovation - Has the project or initiative introduced new or cutting-edge innovation?
- Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project/initiative achieve its objectives and targets? What measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact to your company and industry?
- Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, or initiative flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?

- Maximum of 10 seats at the awards dinner
- Video interview during the awards dinner about your company and winning project
- (1) Full-page advertisement + (1) Full page advertorial in the Asian Power print issue
- Article written by Asian Power editorial team about your win. This will be published in the asian-power.com website
- Full rights to the edited video interview and article which you may use for your own distribution or as a marketing material
- 60s video about your winning entry that can be used as a Youtube shorts, IG reels, FB reels and Tiktok.
- Licensed use of the Asian Oil & Gas Awards 2025 logo
- Award Certificate to be presented in the awarding ceremony
