• Pre Startup Checklist

  • Thank you for submitting the Preparation for Startup Form (https://form.jotform.com/Chaters/preparation-for-startup). Please fill out this form in preparation for the start up. 

    Pre Startup Checklist is mandatory and must be completed at least 10 business days prior to the proposed start up date.

    For the startup the following personnel must be on site:

    • Refrigeration Mechanic
    • Service / Maintenance Technician
    • Electrician
    • Plumber
    • Controls Technician

      Unit must be turned on for crankcase heaters to be on (at least 24 hours prior to start up)
    • Has the 3 phase power connected to the unit?
    • Correct sizing of power cables?
    • Voltage tested?
    • Earthing / grounding tested?
    • Phase sequence checked?
    • Controls

    • Have the communication wiring been laid from unit to the building?
    • Have the primary / secondary pumps been wired and tested?
    • Has the BACnet IP or MS/TP card been installed or present on site?
