2025 Cheer Canada Director Nomination

Please note that holding a Director position requires a year-round commitment. The success of Cheer Canada depends on the dedication, hard work, and cooperation of the Board. A position on the Board requires a significant amount of time. Candidates must:

be eighteen (18) years of age or older,
be a resident of Canada,
have the power under law to contract,
have not been declared incapable by a court in Canada or in another country
not have the status of bankrupt.

Successful candidates are required to submit a clear criminal record check.

Your application will be shared with the staff and board members of Cheer Canada, as well as Provincial and Territorial Sport Organizations (PTSOs), for the purpose of candidate selection. All candidates will be asked to virtually attend a Candidate Introduction Session in October.
