We would like to inform you that our cake is particularly delicate because it has a soft and creamy texture, and we want to advice to book your trusted delivery service provider.

We do not endorse but we strongly suggest that you get a Car/Sedan Grab Delivery (Grabexpress Sedan) or Lalamove Delivery (Lalamove Sedan) instead of getting motorcycle type of service as sometimes their vehicle is not adequate in transporting delicate food items. This is a pre-caution to make sure that the Burnt Basque Cheesecake arrives at your location undamaged.

This traditional Burnt Basque Cheesecake is a recipe that Chef Chele learned during the time he was living and working in the Basque country, specifically when he was in Arzak in San Sebastian. Over the years, he kept this recipe for very special occasions, baking for Teri, their family and friends at most. This created special moments between them that they turned baking as their “date” until they decided to launch this as their first project together, their “first baby." they want to share the joy and happiness of this special recipe to everyone.
