A LITTLE ABOUT THE JUNIPER
The Juniper is tucked into a special piece of high-desert land just 15–20 minutes outside Cedar City, near Three Peaks Recreation Area. The property sits among mature junipers, open skies, and quiet desert landscape—a place that feels naturally removed from the pace and noise of town.When we built The Juniper in 2025, we intentionally placed the home within the existing junipers rather than clearing the land, allowing the natural shape, trees, and character of the property to remain. There’s something about this land that invites you to slow down and notice what’s already here. Inside, The Juniper Hideaway nightly retreat, is a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom retreat with a full kitchen, luxury bathroom, cozy living spaces, and simple comforts that make it easy to settle in and stay awhile. Outside is where the magic really opens up—juniper trees, expansive desert views, dark skies, firelight, quiet mornings, and space to gather. The outdoor spaces were created to let the land be part of the experience rather than simply a backdrop.The property is in a quiet, rural setting, with the final stretch being a dirt road. That seclusion is part of what makes The Juniper special, but it also means this is a place for those who appreciate nature, quiet, and a slower pace.This isn't a traditional event venue. It's a beautiful piece of land with a thoughtfully created place to gather. Come for the women. Come for the gathering. Come for the land.And leave with a little more room to breathe.

OPTION 2 $444 — THE JUNIPER GATHERING + CAMPING Best for overnight retreats where additional guests want to stay on the land in their own tents. Dry camping only.Everything included in Option per night 1, plus up to 4 dry camping spaces for additional overnight guests.Up to 11 women total can gather, with up to 4 staying inside The Juniper and additional guests camping on the property.Ideal for: women’s retreats, wellness weekends, longer circles, sound healing, movement retreats, seasonal gatherings, and groups who want to gather in the evening and wake up together the next morning.
I would like to also rent the guest house (if it is I available) "The Zen Den" that is near the Juniper (sleeps 2)

PROPERTY AGREEMENT
I understand that The Juniper must be rented overnight for any gathering or retreat and is not available for day-use only events.☐ I understand that the maximum gathering size is 11 unless otherwise approved in writing.☐ I will provide an accurate guest count and disclose all overnight and daytime guests.☐ I understand The Juniper sleeps up to 4 guests and that up to 4 dry camping spaces are available with Option 2.☐ I understand the property is completely smoke-free and vape-free.☐ I understand this is a rural neighborhood and there are other homes around the area. So, complete silence can't be promised. I will also respect quiet hours from 11pm-8 am.☐ I understand fires must remain within the designated fire pits and may be restricted due to weather or local fire restrictions.☐ I understand that submitting this form is an inquiry only and does not guarantee availability or approval.☐ I agree to take care of our trash, respect the property, surrounding land, neighbors, and future guests.
The Juniper is completely smoke-free and vape-free. Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, camping areas, or around the fire pits.
Sage, herbs and anything pre-arranged is fine!
REFUNDABLE EVENT SECURITY DEPOSIT
For approved Juniper Gatherings, a $250 refundable Event & Gathering Security Deposit is required.The deposit is separate from the cleaning fee and will be refunded after checkout and property inspection, provided there is no property damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized guests, rule violations, or other costs resulting from the gathering. By submitting this, I understand and agree to the $250 refundable Event & Gathering Security Deposit in the case I have an event here. Please do not let this limit you having an event here, if funds are limited, please chat with me about it.
