    • prekindergarten (full day), kindergarten, first grade, or second grade in an elementary school.
    • diverse learners in any of the grades listed above.
    • in the city of Chicago.

  • PLEASE NOTE: All participants must attend every session of the PWN program. There are no makeup dates available. If you know you will be unable to attend every session, please consider applying next year instead.

    Your application will be reviewed blindly, meaning this section of information will not be visible until applicants are selected.

  • PLEASE NOTE: This year's cohort is intended for teachers who are new to the PWN program (or have partipated in one or more sessions of PWN Online in the 2021-2022 school year only). If you have completed any level of PWN in previous years, we ask that you not apply to the cohort at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

  • PLEASE NOTE: We can only accept a very limited number of individual applicants. We know that teams who share the same school building are far more successful, so anyone who wants to do PWN will have a much better chance applying as a school team of two or more.

    Sharing your principal's (or other support administrator's) contact information will only be used to communicate about the PWN program if you and your teammates are accepted and plan to join the cohort. Reaching out to your administrator helps CCM ensure you receive recognition and support from your school leadership to complete the program.
