The Children's Aid Foundation of Ottawa's annual World Trivia Night

About World Trivia Night:

The Children's Aid Foundation of Ottawa will be hosting our annual World Trivia Night October 30, 2026 at the Rogers Centre. Please sign-up to volunteer at this exciting event and help raise money for children, youth, and families in Ottawa! Light refreshments will be included for your time and support.

World Trivia Night 2026:

Since 1995, the Children’s Aid Foundation of Ottawa has been hosting World Trivia Night with over 1,000 participants competing in teams of 10. Teams of up to 10 friends, family, and/or work colleagues will experience 10 rounds of exciting trivia, great food, entertainment and a fun-filled evening to remember. They will compete for incredible prizes, including "Best Team Theme" prizes, raffles, live auctions and more! This is a signature event for the Children's Aid Foundation of Ottawa.

Date: Friday, October 30, 2026

Location: Rogers Centre, 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON K1N, Ottawa, ON K1N 9J2

Approximate Start Time: arrival between 4:00-5:30 pm (depending on your role)

End Time: About 10:30 pm

Help is needed at the welcome desk, the VIP Lounge, raffle ticket sellers, computer support, and general support.

The volunteer roster will be created 2 weeks prior to the event, please let us know:
1. If you have helped in the past.
2. Your “top 3” preferenced assignements.
3. Any allergies or special accommodations you might require (including if you need a more sedentary role).
