About Your Tattoo

Before I can let you know how long the waiting time is or give you a quote for your tattoo, I will need some information about your preferred design. Please fill out these questions to the best of your knowledge. This will help me get an idea of how long it will take to complete your tattoo. Any information left out will cause a delay in you recieving the required information.
