🎃 Trunk-or-Treat Partner

Trunk-or-Treat participation is FREE. Participants provide and decorate their own golf cart or station and supply their own individually wrapped candy/treats. Businesses may display their business name and promotional materials. Selling products or services requires separate Vendor registration.

Vendor Application

Vendors receive an approximately 10' × 10' vendor space. River Bend does NOT provide tables, chairs, tents/canopies, extension cords, displays, or other vendor equipment. Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their setup. Electricity is limited, subject to availability, and not guaranteed.

By submitting this registration, I understand and agree that:

• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance or event placement.

• River Bend Golf Course will confirm participation after reviewing my application.

• Paid vendor/sponsor participation is not confirmed until payment is received.

• Vendors and participants are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, equipment, merchandise, decorations, and personal belongings unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• Electricity is limited, subject to availability, must be requested in advance, and is not guaranteed.

• All products/services being sold or promoted must be disclosed and approved.

• Trunk-or-Treat participants are responsible for supplying their own candy/treats.

• Participants must follow all River Bend Golf Course safety, property, setup, and event guidelines.

• Event placement will be assigned by River Bend.

• Outdoor activities and event details may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond River Bend's control.

• Photos and video may be taken during the event and may be used by River Bend for promotional purposes.
