Vendor Registration Form

Event: Historic Halloween Vendors & Trunk-or-Treat 5-8 PM on October 31st

All trailers must be in place on October 30^th or prior to 3 pm on October 31^st

All power is a standard 20 amp plug. We can offer 30 amp outlets but they are on the back of the depot building and not highly visible.

FEES: $25 Food trucks, tents; $50 with 20 amp standard power. (If you are a SMPOA member, remove $50 from fee)
Free for Churches & Non-profits doing giveaways or Trunk-or-Treat

Vendor Fee is for 10 x 10 ft space
Space is limited and allowed on a first come, first serve basis. Set up for tents may begin as early as 4 pm. For setup prior to 4 pm, please contact City Hall at 423-337-6979. The City of Sweetwater and SMPOA reserves the right to reject any and all vendors. No refunds unless the vendor is rejected by the City of Sweetwater and/or SMPOA. In the event of inclement weather, a rain date may or may not be arranged, for which your vendor fee will be transferrable. Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes, health department compliance, and wastewater regulations.
