    Lewis and Clark Public Health is committed to reducing opioid overdose deaths and expanding access to prevention, education, and risk reduction resources throughout Region 5 of Montana. Through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) Opioid Education and Naloxone Distribution Program (OENDP), we provide free Narcan (naloxone), opioid overdose prevention training, community outreach, and support services across our 12-county region.
