Work Schedule
- The 2023 CBYCC season will begin June 14, 2023 and end August 3, 2023*. Crew members and a parent/guardian will be required to attend a pre-season youth-parent orientation meeting.
*Dates are tentative based on current scheduling

If hired, crew members will work:
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday through Thursday,
- From 6:00 am to 4:30 pm each day.
All positions are responsible for their transportation to and from the crew meeting point each day. For crew members, the crew leader will transport the crew from the meeting point to and from the job site and will remain with the
crew throughout the day.

Personal Supplies: Crew Members
The CBYCC provides all training, protective gear, basic tools, as well as all supervision and management. Each crew member is responsible for their own personal gear including sturdy pants, long- and short-sleeved shirts, an extra change of clothes, rain gear, hat, sunscreen, day pack, medications, snacks, lunch, water bottle, and good quality work boots that meet the following specifications at minimum:
- Lace up type design
- 6-inch top (top of boot to heel)
- Non-slip rubber lug sole (Vibram or similar) with decent tread for walking on dirt and mud.
- All leather or constructed from cut resistant material to protect from cuts when using tools.

Eligibility Verification and Certification
