Interested in learning about the FREE Clinton County Healthy Neighborhood Program?

The Healthy Neighborhoods Program (HNP) is a grant-funded program designed to help improve the personal health, safety, and environmental living conditions of residents within Clinton County. HNP is able to do this through health and safety surveys that are conducted with participants of the program. The survey covers 5 main topics: fire safety, lead, indoor air quality, injury prevention, and asthma. Based on the outcome of the survey, and program eligibility, HNP may be able to provide the participant with various safety products as well as health and safety education. HNP is FREE to all Clinton County residents regardless of age or income.

All submissions will be reviewed for eligibility. CCHD staff will attempt to contact you prior to sampling but may collect samples when they are in your area without prior notification. Results will be sent to the email address you signed up with.
