Little Kneaders is a female-only emotional regulation therapy practice we currently accept and work with female clients only for this offering.

Our Transcranial Photobiomodulation Therapy and our Parent Advice Clinic is open to support both male and female clients. Please see our website pages for further details and the application forms to apply for these services.

These terms are in place to protect our therapists’ time, safety, to ensure fairness across all families and allow us to provide calm, consistent care.

By continuing, you confirm that you meet this criteria and that you have read, understood and agree to the following conditions in full.

This applies to all therapy sessions and parent consultations

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments are charged in full.
• This policy applies regardless of reason, including illness or scheduling conflicts.
• Late cancellations disrupt other families and therapist availability and cannot be accommodated.

Our current fees are as follows:

• Initial Parent Consultation (mandatory for new therapy clients): €130
• Weekly Therapy Appointments: €80
• Subsequent Parent Consultations: €80

No therapy is provided without an initial parent consultation.

All therapy sessions are 45 minutes.
Any time beyond this will be charged accordingly.

• All appointments must be paid in full 48 hours in advance
• Payment is accepted via Revolut or bank transfer only
• Please confirm how you will be paying when booking

Any unpaid appointment will result in:

A €5 admin fee per message or email sent chasing payment

Cancellation of future appointments if payment boundaries are repeatedly not respected.

Monday – Thursday, 10.30am – 6.00pm

...outside of scheduled appointments.

 

Additional support must be booked as a paid parent consultation via Zoom.

Please arrive on time.

Wait in your car until your appointment time.

Do not ring the doorbell.

We will come out to collect your child at the scheduled time.

Our 10-minute break between clients is essential and must be respected.

For 1:1 sessions:

Late collection beyond 5 minutes will be charged.
Extended sessions are charged accordingly.

Written reports carry an additional charge.

School visits, meetings or assessments must be arranged at least two weeks in advance.

Emergency cases are seen within 24 hours where possible.

Emergency support via phone or Zoom carries an additional fee.

Our therapy is registered and insured as mindfulness based mental health support. We do not offer occupational therapy or psychotherapy.

Insurance coverage depends on your individual policy.

We cannot issue receipts for occupational therapy or psychotherapy.
This constitutes insurance fraud and will not be accommodated.

Our therapy is currently considered as a complementary mental health service. We are registered and insured to provide all services offered. Insurance coverage depends on your policy. etc etc (the rest of this section is perfect)


Receipts:

Issued once monthly only.
Provided during the first week of the following month.
Not available weekly.
