Men: (30, 35, 40, 44, 48 Youth Only), 53 (Teenage, and Junior), 59, 66, 74, 83, 93, 105, 120,120+
Women: (30, 35, 40 Youth Only), 43 (Teenage, and Junior), 47, 52, 57, 63, 72, 84, 84+
USA Powerlifting rules will be followed and can be obtained by your meet director, state chair, or the National Office. A USA Powerlifting membership is required and has to be done online prior to the meet. Drug testing will be conducted, be sure to take responsibility for what goes into your body. There are many supplements/drugs that are legal to buy, but are not legal to take if you compete in USA Powerlifting competitions.
