NOTICE: Subject to the discretion of the Appeals Board, individuals may also be permitted to participate in the hearing and present relevant information.

Individuals who wish to attend the hearing must notify the ICC CEO no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled hearing. (Any notifications for attedance less than 15 days prior to the scheduled hearing will not be granted.)
NOTICE: These submissions will be considered by the Appeals Board and must be received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled hearing. Submissions less than 30 days prior to the scheduled hearing may not be received for consideration by the appeal board.

I am responsible for securing and managing any necessary IT support, equipment, and services required to participate in the hearing.I understand that attendance at this hearing is subject to the discretion of the board.I acknowledge and understand that attendance at the Appeals Board hearing does not guarantee the right to speak. Participation in the hearing, including the opportunity to present information, is subject to the discretion of the Appeals Board. The Board may also establish time limits for any presentations or remarks.
