For over 20 years, CPI has provided essential training and networking opportunities to those who are working to protect our state's heritage through its Saving Places Conference. CPI understands the impact this conference has on attendees and preservation in the state as a whole. While CPI is actively exploring the right setting for the 2021 conference and establishing the framework, we need YOUR help to guide content.
This year's Saving Places Conference theme will support Goal B of the State Preservation Plan: Strengthening and Connecting the Preservation Framework. The conference will also include sessions that address the new challenges that have come as a result of COVID-19 (its impact on Main Streets, local businesses, historic preservation projects, etc.).
Sessions should inspire, energize, and provide attendees with tools and information to bring back to their communities.
Due to concerns over COVID-19 in 2021, CPI is asking all session speakers to be available to record content in the fall. Please make sure information would be available for your session if submitting a proposal.
