Colorado FBLA Peak Awards Submission Form
The Colorado Peak Awards were designed to further local chapter involvement in statewide activities, increase membership and boost the morale and spirit of Colorado FBLA. This is an extensive list of activities a chapter can complete. Peak Awards will be given based on a point scale. Documentation can be provided in PowerPoint format, with an online submission by the deadline. Chapters can keep track of their points in the "Chapter Points" column.

Peak V awardees will be recognized as National FBLA Gold Seal Chapter Award of Merit recipients. In the event there are more Peak V awardees than slots available, the chapters with the highest point values will receive the Gold Seal Award.
The Peak Awards Scoresheet (spreadsheet) and Documentation (PowerPoint slides) are required submissions; however, there are options for submitting by uploading or submitting by link. Submissions will be verified and final Peak Awards announced at the Colorado FBLA State Leadership Conference.
