  • Thank you for your interest in applying to the Community Access Unlimited Service Culinary/Hospitality Training Program. The CAU Culinary Hospitality Training Program prepares participants for entry-level careers in food service, catering, and hospitality. Graduates gain skills in food safety, kitchen management, and customer service while working in an inclusive café environment. The goal of the program is to provide graduates with the knowledge and tools for employment opportunities in the cafe or community. 

    The Culinary/Hospitality Training Program will be held from Monday, July 6th, 2026 to Friday, August 28th, 2026.

    Sessions are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am-1:00 pm.

  • 1. The program will be held Monday through Friday from 9am to 1pm for 8 weeks, from July 6, 2026 to August 28, 2026.  The applicant is available to attend classes for the entire 8 weeks.*

  • 3. In order to participate in the program, the applicant must complete a situational assessment. During the assessment, the applicant will come to our office to prepare a simple meal. Are you available and interested in scheduling the situational assessment?*
