Site Works Application Requirement

A Site Works Application Form must be completed and approved by park management before any works commence within your site boundary. No works are to be undertaken by any site occupant outside their designated site area without prior written approval from management.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a breach of your site agreement.

Works requiring approval include, but are not limited to:
- Construction of any new structure
- Replacement or modification of existing structures
- External repairs or alterations
- Internal repairs or alterations
- Any works involving electricity, water, sewer, or gas
- Tree removal or excessive pruning
- Excavation or digging (to prevent damage to underground services)
- Any works involving external contractors

All site works must be approved by park management prior to commencement. This ensures all activities comply with park standards, safety requirements, and site boundaries. Any works carried out without prior approval may be deemed non-compliant and, at the discretion of management, may be required to be removed or reinstated at the resident’s expense. Residents are encouraged to submit a Site Works Application Form before starting any project to avoid delays or additional costs.
