1. Personal Use Only: Membership is strictly for personal use by the registered member. The services provided are non-transferable and cannot be accessed by friends, family members, or any other unauthorized individuals.

2. Unauthorized Access Prohibition: If any unauthorized person is found using the member's account, the service will be immediately discontinued without any refund. It is the member's responsibility to safeguard their WhatsApp credentials.

3. No Sharing on Social Media: Sharing access to 365Wellness services via social media platforms, including WhatsApp, is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the termination of the membership and, in the case of WhatsApp, potential suspension of the user’s WhatsApp account in accordance with Meta's service agreement.

4. Single Device Access: Members are encouraged to access the services on a single device at a time. Accessing the app from multiple devices simultaneously may trigger security measures and could result in the temporary suspension of the account.

5. Compliance with Terms and Conditions: Members must comply with all terms and conditions set forth by 365Wellness. Any violation of these terms, including misuse or sharing of services, will result in appropriate actions being taken, including the potential cancellation of the membership without refund.
