Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy for Virtual Ostomy Visits
To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, the following policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows for no-charge virtual ostomy visits:
Cancellation:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.
Rescheduling:
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling the same appointment more than once will be treated as a cancellation.
No-Show:
Missing an appointment without prior notice will be recorded as a no-show.
Policy Enforcement:
If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show for two appointments you will no longer be eligible for a no-charge virtual ostomy visit.
