Event Ticket Terms & Conditions — Sycamore Farm Park Ltd Acceptance By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Organiser and Contact Organiser: Sycamore Farm Park Ltd. Contact: sycamore@countryandcoastalholidays.co.uk, Chalk Lane, Burgh Le Marsh PE24 5HN. Use these contact details for queries, cancellations and refund requests. Tickets Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time and location shown. Admission may be refused or withdrawn for non-compliance with venue rules or staff instructions. Refunds and Cancellations If Sycamore Farm Park Ltd cancels the event, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued. If you cancel your ticket 14 days or more before the event date, you are entitled to a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible, normally within 14 days of confirmation of cancellation/refund. Postponement or Change of Event If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date you will be offered a full refund under the same terms as above. Transferability and Resale Tickets are transferable unless otherwise stated. Resale of tickets above face value may be prohibited by law; Sycamore Farm Park Ltd may refuse admission to resold or invalid tickets. Liability Subject to mandatory legal rights, the organiser’s liability is limited to the face value of the ticket. Sycamore Farm Park Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including travel or accommodation costs) except where required by law. Force Majeure Sycamore Farm Park Ltd will not be liable for failure to hold the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, strikes, terrorism, extreme weather, public health emergencies). In such cases the organiser will seek to offer a rescheduled date or refund. Security, Safety and Entry Conditions Security checks may be carried out. Prohibited items and unacceptable behaviour may lead to ejection without refund. Photography and Recording By attending you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded and for Sycamore Farm Park Ltd to use such material for promotional purposes unless you notify the organiser in advance. Data Protection Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018). See our privacy policy for details. Severability If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will remain in force. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
