* If a booking is cancelled seven (7) or less business days prior to course commencement, no refund is offered for pre-paid bookings. However, clients are then able to rebook in up coming courses.

Clothing:

Participants are advised to wear clothing appropriate to enrolled courses. You will be kneeling and lying on a hard floor (blankets/mats/pads will be available) to participate in the physical activity required in the courses. Pants rather than skirts/dresses are strongly recommended. Additionally, clothing with logos, slogans, etc. that are or may be considered offensive to any individual or group are not acceptable and anyone wearing such items may be politely asked to wear article inside out or leave the program.
