  • Selection Process:

    1. We evaluate business registration via the Louisiana Secretary of State standing, branding elements (logo, website, social media), and online reviews.
    2. A dedicated panel reviews each application based on product quality, professionalism, event experience, and local presence.
    3. Selected vendors will receive formal notification by September 1, 2025 from admin@picklespepperspints.com.

    Please note that only one business is permitted per booth. Additionally, vendors are only allowed to sell the products or services listed and approved in their application. Any unlisted items will not be permitted for sale during the festival. This policy ensures a fair and organized experience for all participants.

    Vendor Application Fee Statement

    All vendors applying to participate in the Pickles, Peppers & Pints Festival are required to submit a non-refundable $10.00 application fee. This fee covers the administrative costs of reviewing and processing your application for consideration.

    If your business is selected to participate, the $10.00 will be credited toward your total vendor fee.

    Applicants who are approved will be notified via email with a detailed confirmation outlining:

    • All remaining vendor fees
    • Set-up and breakdown requirements
    • Any applicable local or municipal fees
    • Festival participation guidelines

    Please note: Submission of an application and payment of the fee does not guarantee acceptance. All decisions are final and based on space availability, product fit, and overall event curation.
