2027 Early Acceptance

Why Early Acceptance?
Early Acceptance gives eligible existing Cove FC players the opportunity to secure their place at the Club for the 2027 season before October player intake begins. It helps families plan ahead and allows the Club to commence planning teams, coaches, facilities and programme requirements with greater certainty.

What does Early Acceptance guarantee?
Early Acceptance secures your place at The Cove FC for the 2027 season. It does not guarantee selection in a particular team, competition or playing level.
- U8-U11: Kangaroo Team selection will be determined through the October Kangaroo Team Assessment process.
- U12-U13: YPL Team selection will be determined through the October YPL Trial process.
- If an Early Acceptance player is not selected for a Kangaroo or YPL Team, their place at The Cove FC remains secured within another suitable team.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is payable on completion of this form.

The $100 Early Acceptance Deposit confirms your commitment to play at The Cove FC in 2027 and allows the Club to commence planning for the season.

The deposit forms part of your 2027 registration payments and will be credited against the amount payable for the season. It is not an additional fee.

The deposit remains non-refundable if a player subsequently:

·      Changes their mind or chooses another club.

·      Decides not to participate in the 2027 season.

·      Is not selected for a Kangaroo Team.

·      Is not selected for a YPL/YCC Team.

·      Does not receive their preferred team placement.

Early Acceptance secures a place at The Cove FC - not a particular team.

2027 Kick Off at Cove Promo
Would you like to OPT-IN to the 2027 Kick Off at Cove Package?
Kick Off at Cove is an optional 2027 promotional package designed to help players start the season with essential football gear, proudly branded for The Cove FC. The promotion is primarily designed to welcome new players to the Club, and for 2027 we are also making it available to eligible returning players who complete Early Acceptance.

HOW THE DEPOSIT WORKS

To guarentee the Kick Off at Cove promotional package, eligible players must pay the $300 player deposit by 30 October 2026 - payment details for this deposit will be sent with your letter of offer after the come'n'try sessions. If you were eligable for early acceptance as a returning player, your acceptance deposit of $100 will be deducted from the full deposit.

Participating players will also need to attend an October boot-fitting session before orders are placed (date TBA)

Eligible players who opt into Kick Off at Cove will receive custom Cove FC branded football boots, Cove FC shin pads, a Cove FC boot bag and the exclusive 2027 Early Acceptance drink bottle.

The $300 is your player deposit for the 2027 season, not the cost of the promotional gear. It will be deducted from your final 2027 registration fees.

Please note: Kick Off at Cove is a Club-funded promotional offer. Choosing not to participate in the promotion does not reduce, discount or otherwise change your 2027 registration fees.

The value of the promotional items is funded by The Cove FC and is separate from your registration fee. Whether you opt in or opt out of Kick Off at Cove, your final 2027 registration fees remain the same.
