Terms and conditions:

I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable.

I understand that there are no refunds issued inside 7 days of the Art Class start date due to supplies purchased and seat reservations. I understand that this also includes "No Show" on class days.

I commit to organizing a drop off/pick up plan for my child and picking them up on time.

I understand that The Creative Craft Lounge will not accept authorized pickup person requests over the phone. Arrangements must be made prior to the start of the class day.

I understand that all authorized persons will need to show identification before checking the student out for the day.

I understand that for the safety of the students, I have made any of my students' allergy/food restrictions clear in the Notes/Allergies section of my registration so that The Creative Craft Lounge can properly accommodate should they provide surprise celebration snacks.
