CSA Membership, Registration & Facility Fee

To secure your child’s spot in our Enrichment Classes for the 2026–2027 school year, families are required to complete the annual CSA Membership registration.

Annual CSA Membership: $30 per student
Class Registration Fee: $20 per class

Please note that this fee is non-refundable and is paid once per year at the time of registration.

Monthly Tuition will be billed separately.

Special Note: Creative STEAM Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and CSA Membership fees may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for details.

Membership Agreement: I understand and accept that enrolling in Creative STEAM 2026-2027 School year classes will require a non-refundable one-time yearly $30 membership. This membership is 100% tax deductible. Membership and Class Registration Fees are applied 100% towards securing students spot in the class(es) and enrollment registration fee and is non-refundable. No exceptions.

Tuition Agreement: All Creative STEAM Enrichment class tuition is billed as a yearly fee divided into 9 equal monthly payments, due September through May. There is no proration for months of partial attendance or shorter months. Classes begin in the first week of September. All core and enrichment class tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Payment or proof of Charter Purchase Order must be submitted on or before the 1st of each month or full tuition payment will be charged.

Withdrawal Policy: Financial Agreement: I understand that enrollment in Creative STEAM classes is a full-year commitment for the 2026–2027 school year. Families wishing to withdraw a student must submit a completed withdrawal form and provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing period, which begins on the 1st of each month. If written notice and the official withdrawal form are submitted fewer than 30 days before the upcoming billing month, the full tuition for that next month will still be due regardless of whether the student attends. Tuition for the student’s final month of enrollment will not be prorated. An early withdrawal fee of $50 per class will be charged upon withdrawal. This fee must be paid out of pocket and may not be covered by charter funds. Charter funds also may not be used for tuition owed for any month in which the student does not attend. All outstanding balances, including any early withdrawal fees and remaining tuition, must be paid in full before the withdrawal is finalized. Late-Year Withdrawal (After December 1, 2026): Families who withdraw after December 1, 2026 are not subject to the 30-day written notice requirement; however, the full remaining semester tuition (January–May 2027) will be due in its entirety at the time of withdrawal. An early withdrawal fee of $50 per class will be charged upon withdrawal for all withdrawals regardless of timing. This fee must be paid out of pocket and may not be covered by charter funds. Charter funds also may not be used for tuition owed for any month in which the student does not attend. All outstanding balances, including any early withdrawal fees and remaining tuition, must be paid in full before the withdrawal is finalized.

Student Behavior and Expectations: Children must know how to use the potty to be in the program. I understand and accept that this is an academically-focused program, and my student will be expected to sit, listen, follow instructions, and not disrupt the other students. If my student a disruption to the class, we will be asked to leave the program without refund.I acknowledge and agree that Creative Stem is not a specialized school for students with special needs and may not have the necessary resources to accommodate these students. Therefore, if your child has special needs, it is imperative that you communicate and provide all information regarding their Individualized Education Plans (IEP), 504 plans, or any other special needs to admissions before enrolling them into our program. This will enable us to better understand and support your child's unique requirements. I also agree to complete a shadow day and obtain approval to enroll from Creative Stem before enrolling my child, ensuring that they are a good fit for the program and that Creative Stem can meet their needs effectively. If I fail to disclose my child's special needs and it turns out that the program is not a suitable fit, I acknowledge that my deposit is non-refundable. This agreement will help us work together to ensure the best experience for your child and our entire school community.

Media Release Acknowledgement: At Creative STEAM, we love sharing the learning, creativity, and special moments happening in our classrooms. From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during classes, events, field trips, or school activities. By enrolling your child at Creative STEAM Academy, you acknowledge that photos or videos of students may be used in school communications and promotional materials. This may include use on our website, social media pages, newsletters, blog, and other materials that highlight our programs and community. All photos and media taken by Creative STEAM remain the property of Creative STEAM Academy. If you prefer that your child not appear in photos or videos used by Creative STEAM, please contact us by email and complete the Photo/Media Opt-Out Form so we can note your preference in our records.We always strive to be respectful and thoughtful when sharing images of our students and community.
