Children must know how to use the potty to be in the program. I understand and accept that this is an academically-focused program, and my student will be expected to sit, listen, follow instructions, and not disrupt the other students. If my student a disruption to the class, we will be asked to leave the program without refund.*

I understand and Agree to the terms

I acknowledge and agree that Creative Stem is not a specialized school for students with special needs and may not have the necessary resources to accommodate these students. Therefore, if your child has special needs, it is imperative that you communicate and provide all information regarding their Individualized Education Plans (IEP), 504 plans, or any other special needs to admissions before enrolling them into our program. This will enable us to better understand and support your child's unique requirements. I also agree to complete a shadow day and obtain approval to enroll from Creative Stem before enrolling my child, ensuring that they are a good fit for the program and that Creative Stem can meet their needs effectively. If I fail to disclose my child's special needs and it turns out that the program is not a suitable fit, I acknowledge that my deposit is non-refundable. This agreement will help us work together to ensure the best experience for your child and our entire school community.*

Withdraw Policy: To ensure a successful and consistent educational experience, enrollment in Creative STEAM classes requires a commitment for the entire 2026 Spring semester January to June. We understand that circumstances may change, therefore we ask for written notice of at least 30 days if a student needs to withdraw from the program or from a class. If a notice is received less than 30 days before the withdrawal date, the full month's tuition fee will be charged, regardless of attendance. Additionally, there is a $50 early withdrawal fee that must be paid out of pocket, which cannot be covered by charter funds. It is important to note that any remaining tuition fees for the last month of attendance must be paid in full and will not be prorated. If less than 30 days written notice is given, the full month's tuition will apply and the $50 early withdrawal fee must also be paid out of pocket. Please understand that charter funds cannot be used for the early withdrawal fee or for the last month of tuition if the student will not be attending. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the integrity and sustainability of our program.*
