Financial Agreement: I understand and accept that enrolling in Creative STEAM Summer School is non-refundable.*

I understand and Agree to the terms
I acknowledge and agree that Creative Stem is not a specialized school for students with special needs and may not have the necessary resources to accommodate these students. Therefore, if your child has special needs, it is imperative that you communicate and provide all information regarding their Individualized Education Plans (IEP), 504 plans, or any other special needs to admissions before enrolling them into our program. This will enable us to better understand and support your child's unique requirements. I also agree to complete a shadow day and obtain approval to enroll from Creative Stem before enrolling my child, ensuring that they are a good fit for the program and that Creative Stem can meet their needs effectively. If I fail to disclose my child's special needs and it turns out that the program is not a suitable fit, I acknowledge that my deposit is non-refundable. This agreement will help us work together to ensure the best experience for your child and our entire school community.*

I understand and accept that this is an academically-focused program, and my student will be expected to sit, listen, follow instructions, and not disrupt the other students. If my student a disruption to the class, we will be asked to leave the program without refund.*
