Registration Deadline:        June 17th, 2025

Cost:                                 $45/per table, maximum of 2 tables per vendor

Confirmation:                     You are not confirmed until payment is received.We will only contact you if your application is NOT accepted.

Setup:                               Starts at 9:00am Saturday morning

 

·         Vendor slots are filled on a first-come first serve bases.

·         No duplicate vendors.

·         You may have 1 or 2 tables for your display.

·         If you need wall space, you may bring shelves, lattice or 1 small 3 foot table to put behind the table(s) we provide.

·         You will be responsible for providing your own tablecloths to cover your merchandise overnight on Friday

·         You will need to provide your own extension cords or anything your merchandise display will need.

 

We make every effort to reserve the space you request. TheThe Crescent Theater is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
