  • Please complete this form for any non-wedding event or meeting that you wish to use Crossroads spaces and resources.

  • While any event may be subject to last minute details and adjustments, this form is designed to help you think through the process in a way that will help our teams best support the success of your event.

    Once your request has been approved by the Lead Team and confirmed on the Facilities Schedule, you will receive an approval/confirmation.  You will also receive additional communication to request additional support for Kids Grow, Communications, and Production as applicable to your event request.

  • Terms of Use and Space-Use Fees

    When reserving a space, the hosting party is responsible for set up and resetting the room and surrounding areas to their original condition.

    This includes:

    • Resetting the room and restrooms to their original setup
    • Removing all trash and personal/party items
    • Vacuuming the space
    • Returning all issued keys

    Space Use Fees

    A $150 space-use fee applies to the following locations:

    • Thomas Crossroads Worship Center
    • The Hangar at Thomas Crossroads
    • Whitewater Worship Center
    • Chattahoochee Hills Worship Center
    • Sharpsburg Studio 3

    A $300 space-use fee applies to the Sharpsburg Worship Center.

  • Crossroads Support Teams

    To ensure proper coordination, you must designate an Event Coordinator who will communicate directly with the Production and Facilities representatives regarding all event details.


    If your event will need Production Team or Facilities Team support, Crossroads-approved Production and Facilities personnel serve as Independent Contractors (ICs) for member and outside events. Charges are billed directly by the IC and are separate from any space use fees assessed by Crossroads Church.


    The level of Production and Facilities support required will depend on the specific needs of your event. All hours and associated IC charges must be mutually agreed upon by the IC and the Event Coordinator prior to the event.

    Production Support IC rate: $50/hour
    Facilities Support IC rate: $50/hour

  • Required Crossroads Support Team

    All outside events must be supported by both an approved Crossroads Production representative and a Crossroads Facilities representative. If we determine that these individuals are not available for the date requested, we will be unable to host your event.

  • We can provide the following materials at no additional charge to your ministry: invite cards, flyers, postcards, booklets, handouts, programs. 

    Other printed materials such as banners, yard signs, large posters, or volunteer badges will incur a cost to your ministry area.

    If you have specific guidelines or ideas for your items (i.e., signs need to be in landscape orientation or portait orientation; or you want a specific color scheme, etc.), please let us know that!!

  • Kids Grow is a paid childcare environment available to support some Crossroads ministry events. If you are requesting support from Kids Grow, your request will be reviewed by our Church Administrator. Please be prepared to discuss which ministry will be funding the workers' salaries. Once this event is approved and scheduled, someone from Kids Grow will contact you for more details.
