District 5 – Includes the majority of the City of Novato and the unincorporated areas of Bel Marin Keys, Loma Verde, Black Point, Green Point, Rush Creek/Atherton Corridor, and Indian Valley

Applicants for MCA Arts Organization Grants must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or fiscally sponsored organizations operating with an arts-based mission. Nonprofit organizations must submit a copy of their Federal Tax Exempt Status Letter or if using a fiscal sponsor, must submit a copy of their fiscal sponsor’s Federal Tax-Exempt Status Letter and copy of Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement below.
