    Dear Entrepreneur,

    The Biz2Biz program (an initiative from Landspakket Program E6.3 focussing on Reducing the Cost of Doing Business for SMEs) is conducting a survey on how digitalization can improve business efficiency for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Curaçao, together with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Curaçao Innovation & Technology Institute (CITI).

    With this survey, we aim to gain insight into the current level of digitalization within SMEs, identify where the key opportunities lie for increased digitalization for business efficiency and to reduce the cost of doing business. Based on this information, targeted actions can be taken to further support companies in their digital transformation to reduce the Cost of Doing Business.

  • Definition of E-commerce:

    E-commerce is the sale/purchase of goods/services conducted over computer networks by methods specifically designed for the purpose of receiving/placing orders. Payment and delivery do not have to be conducted online. Orders made by telephone or manually typed email are excluded.
