Leader Among Leaders Nomination
The Leadership Award recognizes outstanding Administrative, Professional and Technical staff in Greeley-Evans School District 6. The Success Foundation encourages nominations from district staff members, parents, students and community members.

Who is eligible:
- Principals
- Assistant Principals
- Deans
- Other Administrative/Professional/Technical staff
Please be as detailed as possible in your responses. The selection committee relies
solely on the nomination forms when choosing the winner. The more thorough the
response, the better the chance your nominee has of being selected. The nomination form may also be shared with your nominee.

Provide specific examples for the following criteria:
- Exceptional leadership
- Positive and motivating school/department culture
- Contributions to education success in District 6
- Fosters an excellence in education through staff development, innovation, and improving student learning
- Unique experience or perspective that contributes to the success of their staff and students.
