Rookie of The Year Nomination

The Rookie of the Year Award recognizes outstanding new educators. The Success Foundation encourages nominations from district staff members, parents, students and community members.

Who is eligible:
- All classroom teachers
- Specials teachers (art, music, physical education, library, technology, etc.)
- Special Education
- Gifted & Talented
- Interventionists
- Certified Language Development teachers
REQUIREMENTS:

*Nominee must be full-time employees and teach at least 4 hours every school day
*Nominee must have 3 years or less of full-time teaching experience in any district
Please be as detailed as possible in your responses. The selection committee relies
solely on the nomination forms when choosing the winner. The more thorough the
response, the better the chance your nominee has of being selected. The nomination form may also be shared with your nominee.
