Through (DE-FI) Fashion Week™, the Build-A-Brand Experience™, and year-round programming, we connect industry professionals with aspiring talent through immersive workshops, professional development, collaborative learning, and real-world experiences.
We're looking for educators, facilitators, and professionals from a wide range of backgrounds. While fashion experience is welcomed, it's certainly not required. We believe the future of fashion is shaped by expertise in business, leadership, entrepreneurship, agriculture, sustainability, technology, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, communications, workforce development, design, the creative arts, and many other disciplines that help move the industry forward.
