Invitation Requests are now open for designers interested in participating in the 2027 cycles of Dayton Fashion Week™ and Fashion Week of Cincinnati™. These two showcases operate as part of a shared pipeline designed to support designers at different stages of development.
Dayton Fashion Week™ (Foundations) serves as the incubator capstone and is best suited for aspiring and early-stage designers developing their first full collections and refining sustainable production practices. Designers who are new to the industry or still building foundational skills will be required to participate in the Fashion Incubator of Dayton™ process to ensure they are prepared for the runway and the broader fashion marketplace.
Fashion Week of Cincinnati™ (Amplify) is designed for emerging and established brands that are market-ready and seeking expanded visibility, press exposure, buyer connections, and regional growth opportunities. While participation in the Cincinnati Fashion Incubator™ is not required for Fashion Week of Cincinnati designers, participants may attend workshops, professional development sessions, and industry programming offered through the (DE-FI)® network.
Selected designers will participate in a collaborative build leading up to the shows. Over the coming year, designers may be invited to take part in planning conversations, industry mixers, creative discussions about venues and show concepts, and occasional behind-the-scenes documentation of their design process. This approach allows the public to see the journey behind the work while helping designers grow their brands in a supportive, community-driven environment.
Applications are open March 10 through June 8, 2026.
