• The skills to help deliver group sessions.
• The flexibility to work after school hours into the early evening, occasional weekend work and residentials.

Due to recent developments, we have a vacancies in the Young Carers Project team, and require one Young Carers & Young Adults Carers Support Worker in Stewartry.
Covering Stewartry.
18 hours per week - £25,035 full time equivalent

The postholder will provide support to Young Carers & Young Adult Carers across Dumfries & Galloway
A knowledge of working with children and young people is essential, as is access to own car.
An awareness of the workings of the third sector, health and social care services would be an advantage.
A knowledge of digital applications is essential and experience of using virtual platforms would be an advantage.
The post will include a blended approach of home and office working
