📜 Terms & Conditions

1. 🌐 Ceremonies are virtual. We use modern technology (like Telegram) to reconnect ancient families. Certificates are electronic only.
2. 🧬 We support the African DNA Testing Project (DNATestedAfricans.org). We test royals in African kingdoms and reconnect diaspora descendants via DNA.
3. 🧭 Eligibility requires DNA results reflecting African origins. You must be a descendant of those displaced by the Transatlantic Slave Trade.
4. 🔐 You MUST use your legal name on this form and your Telegram account for verification. Fake names will result in cancellation and a partial refund.
5. 📛 Your African name is based on the ethnic group you select. You must upload a DNA results screenshot; we will inform you of any issues.
6. ☪️✝️🕉️ We do not discuss religion. Our focus is genetics, reconnection, and African traditions. Violators will be removed.
7. 📚 The naming is a rite of passage requiring completed assignments. We provide a pathway back to African culture through practical methods.
8. 📸 By submitting, you consent to the use of photos/videos from the event for promotional materials.
9. 📧 Follow facilitator instructions. Do not contact the founder directly; email Naming.Rites@dnatestedafricans.org.
10. 💳 Chargebacks will incur a $100 fee and permanent membership revocation. Contact us first to avoid this.
11. ✅ Completion of all educational assignments is REQUIRED. They must be done in order.
12. ⏳ Failure to complete requirements or attend your ceremony forfeits your payment. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
13. ✈️ For in-person events, we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or meal costs.
14. 📢 Your name will be presented by the Founder or a representative. If a name from your chosen group is unavailable, an Akan or Zulu name will be offered.
15. 📮 If you cannot attend, you MUST email us before the event to be eligible for future ceremonies.

PROTOCOL

This ceremony is coordinated exclusively by DNA Tested Africans (www.DNATestedAfricans.org). No other organizations have these details.

👗 3. Attire Guidelines
• Traditional African attire preferred but not mandatory
• No sneakers or baseball caps
• Dresses must extend past knees when seated
• Blouses/shirts must fully cover chest, shoulders, and waist

A Successful African DNA Naming Ceremony

This means you should receive at a minimum, a name, the meaning or significance of the name, the ethnic group that the name is associated with and a certificate. We provide all of the aforementioned. The certificate is electronic only.
