Kick-off the holiday season with Downtown Raleigh's Annual Tree Lighting! Attendees will watch as the Christmas Tree shines cheer across the city, get free pictures with Santa Claus, start shopping for presents at the large vendor market, enjoy performances by local artists, and so much more!

Alcohol drink vendors agree to donate 10% of event sales to Raleigh Civic Ventures (RCV) from each event. Per our ABC permit, “A portion of the alcohol sales generated from the event will be deposited into the financial account of the non-profit Raleigh Civic Ventures (RCV) to support and benefit special occasion events in Downtown Raleigh. RCV is a nonprofit subsidiary of Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA), an award-winning nonprofit organization whose mission is to continue the revitalization of Raleigh’s downtown by enhancing its quality of life and contributing to its economic success.”
