At Dayspring Academy, we truly appreciate the hours our volunteers serve in our schools and the value they add to the educational experience for our learners.

To continue to ensure the safety of our learners, all volunteers must complete a Level 2 background screening every five years.
All current and new volunteers must complete this form.

Please follow these picture guidelines to ensure your photo meets the requirements for your volunteer badge.

Picture Guidelines
1. Neutral Background
  - Use a plain background.
  - No patterns, shadows, or objects in the background.
2. Proper Lighting
  - Even lighting with no shadows on the face or background.
  - Avoid harsh or direct sunlight; natural or soft lighting is best.
3. Camera Position
  - The picture should be taken from the torso and up.
4. Eyes Visible
  - Eyes should be fully visible and not covered by hair or glasses glare.
  - Face the camera directly, with your head centered and eyes open.
5. Head Coverings
  - No hats, caps, or head coverings unless for religious or medical reasons (ears and face must remain visible).
6. Clothing
  - Tops must be appropriate and school-appropriate in appearance (no low-cut, strapless, or offensive designs)
7. Glasses
  - No tinted glasses or sunglasses.
  - If you wear prescription glasses, ensure that there is no glare or reflection.
8. No Filters or Edits
  - The photo must be unaltered: no beauty filters, touch-ups, or background changes.
