• 2026 DSDN Rockin' Family Fund Adoption Grant Application

    Submit your application for a chance to receive a 2026 DSDN Adoption Grant. This opportunity is made possible through the DSDN Rockin' Family Fund. 

    Thanks to the generosity of our community, DSDN will award two adoption grants to families who adopted a child with Down syndrome between August 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026.

    To be eligible, applicants must:

    • Be a member of the DSDN Adoption group in the DSDN Rockin' Parents App by September 7, 2026
    • Be a U.S. citizen
    • Have received placement of a child with Down syndrome
    • Be past the placement revocation period

    Please note:

    • One application per family.
    • Applications close at 11:59 PM Central on September 7, 2026.
    • Eligible applications will be entered into a random drawing, and recipients will be notified on September 9, 2026.
    • Adoption grants are limited to one grant per family per calendar year.
    • Grants are non-transferable.
