2026 RFF Scholarship Application to the DSDN Rockin' Dad Retreat
Thank you for your interest in applying for a DSDN-provided scholarship for the 2026 DSDN Rockin' Dad™ Retreat. Scholarships are offered through our DSDN Rockin’ Family Fund (RFF). View our full scholarship policy here. (Spanish version available here).

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Scholarships may cover some or all of the following:
- Retreat registration
- Lodging for up to three nights
- Travel expenses (up to $400)
The exact scholarship amount will be determined based on need and available funding. If awarded, you will be responsible for any costs not covered by the scholarship, such as meals outside of retreat events or additional travel or lodging.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE?

To align with DSDN's mission supporting parents of children ages 0-3, applicants must:
- Have a child with Down syndrome under the age of 4 as of December 31, 2026
- Be a member of the DSDN Rockin’ Parents App
Additional Requirements:
- Only one application per person
- Each family may receive only one DSDN scholarship per calendar year
- Applicants should plan to attend the full retreat (July 10-11, 2026)
SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE

Applications close at 12:01 AM Central Time on March 14, 2026.
Winner will be notified privately before being publicly announced on March 21, 2026, World Down Syndrome Day.

DSDN ROCKIN' DAD™ RETREAT DETAILS
- Who Can Attend: The retreat is for dads and legal guardians of children with Down syndrome who are members of the DSDN Rockin’ Parents App. We recognize that no single term fully reflects the diversity of families in our community. Our retreats welcome parents and legal guardians, regardless of how their family was formed. Including adoptive dads and step-parents who are legal guardians.
- Childcare: Children are not permitted during retreat sessions. Please make your own childcare arrangements.
- Traveling with Family or Friends: Feel free to travel with your support network, but plan to connect outside scheduled retreat events.
- Dates: July 10-11, 2026
- Location: Twin Cities, Minnesota
