DWT Travel process a non-refundable professional service fee to all clients. This fee includes our services of research &recommending the best properties for you, along with helping to navigate the ever changing rules to travel, including the latest updates from the tour operators, airlines and resorts as well as the entry requirements per destination. DWT Travel serves as your travel concierge for this trip. We handle any issues that arise and guide you every step of the way. Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions, a complimentary consultation phone call will be set up. If both parties decide to move forward, the fee will be due prior to any planning of the vacation. Fees vary by Individual or Group and is determined upon consultation.

U.S. Citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. Passport. It must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on travel documents must match the legal name on your photo ID and travel tickets. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding,entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest Consulate or Embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non U.S. citizens.
