    Welcome to DasshaTravel.com, a travel service owned and operated by Dassha Travel Agency cc, registered in Namibia. These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and obligations when using our services, booking with us, or engaging through our website, agents, or platforms. By confirming a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.


    1. Definitions
    Dassha Travel, we, us, or our: Refers to Dassha Travel Agency cc.
    Client: Any individual or entity booking services or making use of www.DasshaTravel.com.
    Third-Party Providers: Airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa centers, insurance companies, car hire companies, etc.
    Loyalty Member: A registered member of Dassha Travel’s Loyalty Program.

    2. Booking Policy
    All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and your available balance on your account.
    Quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change without notice.
    A booking is only confirmed upon full or partial payment (as required).
    We reserve the right to decline bookings at our sole discretion.
    2.1 Group Bookings
    For groups of 10 or more:

    A group deposit will be required to block services and based on packages balance selected.
    Rooming lists and final payments are due no less than 30 days before travel.
    Unused services in group packages are non-refundable and can be reused in future travels.

    3. Prices and Payments
    Prices are quoted in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless specified otherwise.
    Payment methods: EFT, bank deposit, debit order (where available).
    Pricing includes Dassha Travel’s service fees and mark-ups.
    Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government tax changes, or supplier errors. As a paying member, I acknowledge that monthly contributions are payable in advance in accordance with the rules of the agreement and shall be paid
    on or before the 7th day of each calendar month. International clients will receive a Stripe invoice for credit card payments on their subscription.


    4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp for leisure bookings.
    Cancellation fees apply and may range from 10% to 100% of the total cost based on the time when cancellations were requests and based on our services providers cancellation policies.
    In some cases (e.g., flight tickets or promotional offers), services may be non-refundable regardless of cause. No refunds are applicable on the flight tickets and loyalty packages and clients need to adhere to airline policies and booking policies. Loyalty packages accounts are not exchangable for cash and can be redeemed with 3 years based on the Consumer Act.

    4.1 No-Show and Late Arrival
    Clients who fail to show up for a booked services without notice will be liable for the full cost on their loyalty package accounts.
    Late arrivals may forfeit part of their service depending on supplier terms and conditions.

    5. Amendments and Rebooking
    Amendment requests must be made in writing and will incur change fees.
    All changes are subject to availability and service provider approval.
    Dassha Travel Agency cc is not responsible for increased costs or missed connections due to changes initiated by the client.

    6. Client Responsibilities
    Clients must:

    Provide accurate personal and travel details.
    Ensure travel documents (passports, visas) are valid and correct.
    Confirm all entry requirements for destinations (vaccinations, health screening, etc.).
    Review all quototations,invoices and itineraries for correctness before payment. 

    7. Liability and Disclaimer
    Dassha Travel Agency cc:

    Acts as an agent only for third-party service providers.
    Shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses due to:

    Airline delays or cancellations
    Natural disasters
    Visa denials
    War, strikes, or government actions
    Errors or delays by third-party services providers
    Is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
    Travel is undertaken at your own risk.

    8. Membership / Loyalty Program Terms
    Our Membership Loyalty Program rewards repeat clients with exclusive offers, upgrades, discounts, and freebies. Claims take effect with in 3 months if clients is fully paid for 12 months ahead or 6 months if clients is paying per month as agreed. Should any contributions be unpaid, it may result in me and my dependant(s) being suspended from Dassha Travel Loyalty program. Should 2 months’ contributions be outstanding, Dassha Travel shall have the right to immediately cancel my membership. I also understand that should my membership be suspended or terminated, I shall be entitled to my benefits for a period of a 3 years and only the balance due subject to service fee and admin fee on the loyalty program can be utilized arising from my membership, but the account will be dormant until change by the client or reactivated. I shall inform the Dassha Travel regarding any changes to my personal status, as required agreement, within 30 days of the change in circumstances.

    8.1 Enrollment & Eligibility
    Open to Namibian and International residents aged 18 and above. Enrolment is via the website or by email invitation. Members must provide updated contact information. Electronic signature is regarded as valid for this agreement.
    8.2 Benefits & Validity
    Points or rewards can only be redeemed through Dassha Travel Agency reservation department. Rewards are non-transferable, but can be held for the client for a period of 3 years in accordance to the consumers act, when the account is inactive. Dassha Travel Agency cc reserves the right to:

    Modify the rewards structure
    Discontinue the program
    Disqualify misuse without compensation

    9. Advertising and Promotions
    Special offers advertised on www.DasshaTravel.com or through third parties are subject to availability. Dassha Travel Agency cc reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time. Errors in pricing or descriptions may be corrected at our discretion.

    10. Children and Minors
    Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or provide legal travel documentation. Discounts may apply for children under specific age limits, depending on partner service provider (guesthouses, hotels, airlines etc).

    11. Force Majeure
    Dassha Travel Agency cc shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

    Acts of God
    Pandemic restrictions
    Natural disasters
    Government orders
    Terrorism or war
    In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide credit for future travel after investigation and service provider deduction, but refunds are not available. In cases of airline bookkings Dassha Travel will work on the terms and conditions of the airline services, accommodation service providers policies, refunds are only done on loyalty account for future travels, all fees and payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable and issued towards the clients loyalty account. Considering admin, service fees are included.

    12. Travel Insurance
    Dassha Travel Agency cc strongly recommends travel insurance.
    We are not responsible for uncovered losses if the client declines insurance. Any insurance provided or recommended is by third-party providers.

    13. Complaints and Disputes
    Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 5 working days of completing travel. Dassha Travel will investigate in good faith and respond within 10 working days. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration under Namibian law.

    14. Privacy Policy
    Dassha Travel respects your privacy. Your information is used only to fulfill services or comply with legal obligations. No personal data is sold to third parties.

    15. Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any legal disputes must be brought before Namibian courts if disputes is not cleared amicably between the two parties or if dispute towards 3rd party is not cleared.

     I, adhere to and understand the terms and conditions listed on this agreement. I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the rules of the Dassha Travel and consent of my own free will. I, herewith undertake to adhere to the rules of the agreement at all times.
